
Important Guidelines to Follow:
- Do not consume heavy meals, sugar, caffeine or alcohol just before your massage.
- Turn off cell phones and pagers before entering office.
- Keep conversation to a necessary minimum, except: to communicate your massage preference and to inform of any pain, discomfort or uneasiness.
- Allow your limbs to be relaxed and maneuvered.
- Drink plenty of water to flush out toxins released during the massage. It is normal to feel a little sore or achy the day after the massage, but please call with any questions!
